Try their weekend special, available every Saturday and Sunday from 6 to 11 a.m., which includes a hearty T-bone steak and eggs served any way you like, home fries, and toast or a biscuit and gravy for just $9.99. Their nearly famous Huevos Rancheros is another restaurant favorite features two eggs any style topped with chunks of pork with chili verde over a tortilla shell.
Dad might like to test his appetite with the El Matador burrito, which comes with the warning “Order only if you are extremely hungry!” So, you have been warned. The fajita selection is a menu favorite, and can be tackled by two or more. The family size portions

Though it’s not on the menu you can still ask for their Corona-rita, a margarita served with a strategically placed Corona for a refreshing twist on a traditional drink.
