The investigation led detectives from the Norco Police Department to a residence in the 1400 block of Elegante Court in Corona, where three suspects surrendered.
Abel Soto, 20, of Corona was arrested for assault causing great bodily injury, burglary, felony vandalism, and a violation of probation and is being held on $75,000 bail.
Ashley Chaney, 19, of Corona was arrested for assault causing great bodily injury, burglary and vandalism. She is being held on $75,000 bail.
Stevie Rae Andrew Pena, 21, of Corona was arrested for assault causing great bodily injury, burglary, felony vandalism and four felony no bail arrest warrants for vehicle theft and narcotics related violations. He is currently being held without bail.
The crime took place on Feb. 26, when officers responded to a 911 call from a residence in the 4000 block of Pedley Avenue at 11:44 p.m. Officers arrived on scene quickly and located a male adult suffering from moderate injuries. Three additional adult victims were located with minor injuries. The victims were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The investigation revealed two male suspects and one female suspect forced their way into the victims’ residence and assaulted them during the course of a home invasion robbery. Officers canvassed the neighborhood shortly thereafter, but did not locate the suspects.
