A packed house helped owner Rosie O'Connor (center) celebrate the first anniversary of Provecho Grill in Menifee Monday night.
The Mexican restaurant, located in the Sun City Shopping Center, is a popular dining and social spot in town. Monday night's festivities included meal specials, a live band and Folklorico dancers, and a blackjack table.
