Several paintings and books were sold. Paul Burleson sang and Edie Schmoll read several of her award-winning poems. Menifee dance students from Peace Love and Dance Studio entertained the crowd. Community members were introduced to original dancing by the girls, choreographed by Ryan Pasqualetto. They had had never before performed before an audience.

Arts Council Menifee extends its sincere thanks to Raymond Hicks, Southern California Edison Region Manager-Public Affairs for the Menifee area, for the generous grant provided to Arts Council Menifee. Support from SCE and others help the organization provide opportunities for local artists of all ages and types to showcase their talents.

Upcoming events sponsored by Arts Council Menifee include "Menifee's Got Talent," to be held April 5-7, and the "Artist Showcase," to be held May 18 at Countryside Marketplace. Please visit artscouncilmenifee.org for more information on these and other activities by the group.
